The Millennium Court Arts Centre in Portadown presents a collaborative creative exploration of a place and its people.  The ‘This Place’ exhibition has been launched in the Millennium Court Arts Centre in Portadown which is inspired by the stories and memories of older adults living in the area and reveals how local history and the natural environment can be to utilised to untap creativity and promote wellbeing.

‘This Place’ runs from Saturday 18th January until Wednesday 4th March and is the culmination of two three-month residencies at the Millennium Court Arts Centre by renowned artists, Amanda Coogan and Tonya McMullan. Both artists have researched and developed new work based on the memories and reflections of older adults living in rural communities in and around Portadown as well as people’s connection with their local environment and wildlife.
